About the Company

We are looking for "Sales Manager & Business Development (m/f/d)" for CRP Technology s.r.l - an international, strongly growing 3D-printing company from Modena/ Italy (HQ).

With our WINDFORM materials (www.windform.com) we´re worldwide one of the leaders for reinforced materials (carbon- and glasfiber) for high performing parts and small serial production with the SLS technology.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Due to strong demand for our solutions we are looking for Regional Sales Managers in different European areas (m/f/d). This position represents a great opportunity to become part of an international growing team and take responsibility for developing sales in the defined territory to help to drive our growth towards industry leadership in the SLS market for reinforced parts production. The Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) reports to the Director Sales Europe and works closely together with Inside Sales and Customer Service.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS:

Define your territory sales plan, execute vital few actions, and achieve defined sales objectives for the territory together with the Director Sales
Develop and close new prospective customers in key segments such as aerospace, automotive, defense, high tech and energy
Account management of key customers to grow our business by repeat orders
Present our company and our solutions to prospective customers
Act as a consultant to potential customers with regards to our solutions and best fit for defined applications.
Follow up and qualify leads and conduct visits to existing and prospective customers
Develop and maintain a (prospective) customer database using CRM (SalesForce)
Manage your sales funnel, provide periodical forecasts and sales reports
Participate in trade shows, exhibits and conferences

Requirements

At least three years of experience of successfully selling B2B, preferably in the field of 3D printing or related industries.
Excellent presentation and effective communication skills
High self-motivation and willingness to take responsibilities.
Fluent English in writing and speaking. Native language skills need to align with the regional territory
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (60% travel commitment)
Understanding of sales processes and ability to build effective sales strategies.

High communication skills, ability to work in a team and negotiate with clients.

Computer literacy, in particular knowledge of MS Office, CRM.
