The position summary: You will be responsible for the EMEA Additive Manufacturing Center (AMC) at Stratasys, a critical role within the EMEA Center of Excellence team.
In this role: Based in Germany near Rheinmünster, you will work together with the AMC team and a fleet of Stratasys 3D printers, being the face of our innovation, leading a team of passionate experts. You will play a pivotal role in demand generation, supporting personalized demonstrations, amazing potential clients with remarkable models and delivering high-quality bespoke parts that prove the value of our solutions. Providing back-up print services, you and your team will provide peace of mind for our customers.
You will be a key enabler of our sales success and customer satisfaction along the whole product life cycle.

Requirements
What you will be doing:
Ensure AMC operational excellence
Monitor and analyze AMC performance, identify improvement opportunities
Prepare, produce and deliver high quality parts, that meets their purpose, on time, while optimizing costs
Ensure the right processes and quality control are setup and followed
Efficiently manage the lending service of demo parts
Facilitate visits at AMC and showroom area
Ensure state-of-the-art AMC and showroom facilities with the support of other teams
Manage Additive Manufacturing Center resources
Plan AMC resources and needs.
Manage budget
Handle purchases of necessary tools, supplies and equipment
Ensure regulatory and health and safety compliance in close collaboration with facility manager
People
Drive AMC team engagement, present development opportunities (trainings, coaching, projects…), provide guidance
Review team individual performance, set individual goals and support them
Ensure Stratasys values in the team. Be a role model
Establish good relationship with counterparts (sales team, resellers, customer support, application engineers, development, facilities…)
Actively participate in learning / knowledge sharing with a broad technical community (application engineers, service engineers, training team)
Must have for this role:
3 to 5 years’ experience in a technical, engineering, production position or similar
2+ years’ team leadership experience
2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, service bureau, or similar
High level spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Multiyear 3D printing / Additive Manufacturing experience
Experience at manufacturing shop floor employing multiple additive and conventional manufacturing technologies
Management role in the production or manufacturing environment
Fluent in German
